Family Day at Bayou Bend: Our Classical Past

Bayou Bend Collection and Gardens welcomes families for Family Day at Bayou Bend: Our Classical Past—an afternoon of free, family-friendly fun that explores the influences of the ancient world on early American art and design.

The afternoon will include a performance of From India, with Love by Anjali Dance Theater, a musical program creating ekphrastic poetry with author and artist Hal Evans, giant puppets of figures from Greek mythology, an architecture demonstration and activity, and visits to the first floor room galleries in the house.
