https://bit.ly/AST-Festival-of-Eid-2022Asia Society welcomes all to the free Festival of Eid, a celebration of Eid al-Fitr, with an afternoon and evening of food, performances, artist demonstrations, activities, and games.
Eid al-Fitr, which marks the end of the holy month of Ramadan, is an occasion of peace, joy, and festivity. People visit friends and family, give gifts, and eat sweets and delicious food.
The event will feature food trucks and stalls plus musical and dance performance. VIsitors can also try their hands at ebru, get a beautiful henna design, watch a calligraphy demonstration, and make a paper lantern.
There will also be an indoor bazaar, featuring local artists and small business owners.

This event is part of Asia Society's daily celebration of Asian Pacific American Heritage Month, offering 31 things to do in May and beyond.
