Go Texan Day Around Houston

The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo encourages all Houstonians to -articipate in a city-wide celebration on Go Texan Day by putting on their cowboy, western, and Texan best. 

Go Texan Day is the unofficial kickoff of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, and the Rodeo encourages everyone to wear western attire, such as jeans, cowboy boots, and cowboy hats in celebration.
