Ion Block Party: Innovation on DisPlay at The Ion

The 2nd annual Activation Festival wraps up on the Ion Plaza with the Ion Block Party: Innovation on DisPlay in Midtown. 

Ion Block Party: Innovation on DisPlay will feature a number of local entrepreneurial businesses displaying their products and technologies with hands-on opportunities for guests.

The Block Party will also feature food trucks and a battle of the bands” competition between popular acts The Slags and The Outsiders, where guests can select the winning performers.

This event closes out the 3-day Activation Festival—a series of free events designed to engage the community, showcase entrepreneurial talent, and celebrate the District’s expanding technology ecosystem. 

Each day of the Activation Festival will feature free presentations and speakers focused on Houston's business and technical innovation, networking events, learning opportunities, social hours, and more.
