Southern Smoke Festival 2022 at Multiple Locations

Chris Shepherd and Southern Smoke Foundation’s popular Southern Smoke Festival 2022 is back, featuring more than 60 of the best chefs and culinary celebrities from across the country.

The weekend long event raises funds for the nonprofit organization, which supports food and beverage workers nationwide in crisis and has distributed nearly $10 million directly to people to date.

Schedule of Events

• H-Town Welcome Wagon at Lott Hall at Hermann Park | Friday, October 21 – Opening night party featuring BBQ pitmaster Aaron Franklin. $150 and up. 7pm to 10pm.
• Southern Smoke on Ice at The Houstonian Hotel | Saturday, October 22 – Raw bar experience featuring Southern chefs and high-end drinks. $1000. 1pm to 4pm.
• East Downtown Throwdown across East Downtown | Sunday, October 23 – Taking over several blocks of EaDo, stars of the culinary world serve up smoked and fired foods along with live music, drinks and silent auction. $225 and up. 4pm to 8pm.
